Returns & Refunds Policy

No Refunds Accepted Once an Order Displays as “Shipped.”

All orders that enter Shipped status are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipped Status)

You may cancel your order only before it enters the Shipped status.

Once the order shows “Shipped,” the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed

Return Eligibility (For Delivered Orders Eligible Under Policy)

Only orders that remain eligible (not shipped at time of request) may qualify for return under the following conditions

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods

  • Goods that naturally deteriorate or expire quickly

  • Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened or unsealed

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods (If Approved)

If a return request is approved before the order ships, and the product is later returned damaged or lost during transit, we cannot issue a refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

A refund can only be issued after we receive the returned items or receive valid proof of delivery.

Gifts

If an order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value after we receive the returned product.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
